The Canadian Law and Society Association / Association canadienne Droit et Société brings together scholars interested in the relationships between law and society. Its work spans criminology, legal history, sociology, political science, feminist scholarship, critical race theory and other forms of interdisciplinary legal studies.
The Association provides a meeting place through annual and mid-year conferences, the Canadian Journal of Law and Society / Revue canadienne Droit et Société, graduate student activities and prizes for books, articles and student essays.
Choose a route into the community: follow the journal for research, explore meetings for scholarly exchange, or use the graduate student resources to prepare a presentation and understand participation.
